Feedback Strategies
When it comes to feedback I think there should be a balance of some praise and then constructive criticism as well as some suggestions on how to improve what ever their working on. In the article Be a Mirror by Gravity Goldberg, I really liked how the author incorporated the idea of growth mindset with different ways to administrate feedback. I also like how the article put a emphasis on focusing on the process of the activity or goal, when it comes to giving feedback. Additionally, I really enjoyed the article How to Craft Constructive Feedback . I especially liked how a diagram was used as a platform to present the information because it grabbed my attention and made my reading more interactive. Further, this article also talked about being a mirror when it comes to giving feedback, which is something I want to start practicing when I give my own feedback.

I ended up using the same articles you did, which already shows that we are in agreement on somethings. I LOVED the mirror article, as it was such a different way to reflect on how we say the things we do to people. I really enjoyed how it says, do not tell others what they should do based on what you think would work best, but rather, tell people what you think would benefit them the most if they did. It seems simple, but really its a huge mindset change.
