Growth Mindset: Feeling Good

In the video, What makes us feel good about our work, the most important take away with regard to work and motivation, is that money may be a short term motivator, but money is not going to provide workplace happiness and achievement in the long term. The most important thing for a leader to do is recognize and show appreciation for performance of the team members. If you ignore their efforts and progress then you might as well just be telling them that they do not mean anything. This is the same for friends and family, so remember to recognize those you love and those that work for you!
