Growth Mindset: Development

I read the article 25 Simple Ways To Develop A Growth Mindset by Saga Briggs. After reading this article it confirmed that we should view challenges as oppurtunites. Challenges allow us to grow and develop our skills and pushes us closer to a growth mindset. Further, I am curious to explore research on brain plasticity. The article briefly mentioned that this is one way to develop a growth mindset. I plan on looking up a few peer reviewed articles on the topic of brain plasticity and explore the connection it has with Growth mindset.

  1. Hey, Sydney! I clicked on your growth mindset post because of the brain graphic. Brain plasticity sounds really interesting. I have a TBI (traumatic brain injury) so I am always looking for new ways to think about things and challenge my brain since it no longer works like it used to. I will definitely read more about the topic of brain plasticity.
