Week 8 Reading and Writing
Overall, I have really enjoyed most of the reading assignments so far. I feel like my reading notes that I have taken help me create new stories. They especially help point out key details, which I normally like to use in my own story but with a personal twist. My favorite readings I have done so far are “The life of Buddha” and “Ancient Egyptian Myths and stories.” However, both of those weeks were really hectic for me and I was unable to write a story for either of those readings. I regret not being able to write those stories, but besides that I am happy so far with how the class is going and with my class project.
Looking forward I would really like to be able to create a story for both "The life of Buddha" and "Ancient Egyptian Myths and Stories"readings which I talked about earlier. I feel like I could write something really great from these readings and the stories I create would be great additions to my class project. Also, I plan to work on my time management so that I wont miss out on writing another story in the future.
I really like this image because I fell like it illustrated my story from week three, "The Dog and The Tree," perfectly. I also think this dog kinda looks like my dog so of course that makes me love this picture even more. :)
