Learning Challenge: The Biology of Positivity


I found this video intriguing because I did not think you could alter your inner brain wiring. I thought you are who you are and you can grow, but not change your core self. To be more positive in life, mindfulness is the key. You can train and rewire your view on life by slowing down, looking for the good things in life around us, ponder those good things and focus on the good of the people around you. This consistent change in viewing the world around you, with persistence, will actually change your outlook and perspective and give your life more happiness and enlightenment. I am going to start today!
